For more than a decade, Theresa has been working with lawyers, legal teams, and law firms to introduce innovative ways of working that delight clients, reduce stress, improve work-life balance. These innovative ways of working are better for the lawyers themselves, and lead to better legal outcomes.
Theresa is the founder of The BASALT Group and is a head coach at The POSITIVE Lawyer®, a ground-breaking online learning and coaching program designed to improve legal mindsets and transform ways of working.
Theresa has worked with Ashurst Advance to establish their legal project management framework and spent over 18 months working with the Sydney Information Logistics (eDiscovery) Team at Herbert Smith Freehills to streamline processes and gain efficiencies. She has also worked with several innovative mid-tier firms for many years to teach and embed new ways of working.
Theresa has a long list of qualifications and certifications including - Bachelor of Commerce(Information Technology) with Merit, UNSW; Executive Masters Programme, Harvard Business School; Advanced Diploma of Project Management; Cert IV Training and Assessment; Six Sigma Black Belt; Certified Practicing Project Director (CPPD) AIPM; Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner; Timeline Therapy® Practitioner.
